Warranty and support
Standard Bravilor UK manufacturing-defect warranty: one year labour and two years parts from Bravilor’s dispatch date. Labour is provided through an authorised service agent in mainland UK below the Caledonian Canal. Wear, limescale or poor water quality, unsuitable site utilities, cleaning or maintenance failures, accidental damage and unauthorised modifications are excluded.
Warranty work must be handled by a Bravilor-authorised service agent. Non-warranty faults and site-related issues may be chargeable.
Delivery and shipping
Bravilor calculates carriage per consignment using the total packed weight: 0–20 kg £16, 21–50 kg £24, 51–100 kg £35, or pallet £45, all excluding VAT. The final charge is confirmed using the order contents and delivery postcode.
Supplier carriage does not include installation, commissioning or site work unless separately quoted.
Installation and site requirements
