Warranty and support

Standard Bravilor UK manufacturing-defect warranty: one year labour and two years parts from Bravilor’s dispatch date. Labour is provided through an authorised service agent in mainland UK below the Caledonian Canal. Wear, limescale or poor water quality, unsuitable site utilities, cleaning or maintenance failures, accidental damage and unauthorised modifications are excluded.

Warranty work must be handled by a Bravilor-authorised service agent. Non-warranty faults and site-related issues may be chargeable.

Delivery and shipping

Bravilor’s 2026 UK delivery schedule specifies pallet carriage of £45 excluding VAT per Esprecious machine (code UK43). Final delivery method, postcode, site access and any installation service are confirmed on the order confirmation.
